Our products are designed and handmade by Indigenous artisans in Ecuador, including us, using traditional methods like manual looms, plant-based dyes, and hand-stitching. Some products may involve soft, slow-speed machines to support production while still honoring ancestral craftsmanship.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
