Because each piece from Pacha Ancestral Design is handmade, often unique, and created using traditional artisan methods, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@pachaancestral.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
